My vicious circle... Work, school, run. Repeat. I am not running enough and I am becoming concerned that I will not be prepared for my first 15k (only 14 days of training left). The good news is that after my last visit to the allergist I seem to be feeling better. I feel like I have enough energy to run, but no time for personal stuff.
Tomorrow is couple date night. I hope to run 8 miles in the morning and then finish this weeks assignments.... Then dinner and a movie with the Wildes & Streets. I am totally looking forward to it.
On to training: My workout buddy was sick this week. I skipped Wed. sprints, Thurs. s & c, and Fri. kickboxing. Now I feel like a big couch. I did complete s & c on Mon. plus I added a 4 mile run after work that day. I was going to lead a walking group wed. afternoon, but it was so cold no one showed up. I took to time to run a very quick mile... On the other hand I am completely caught up on homework.
What else? Well, I've spent a lot of time on my running club's website. Check it out. We will soon be accepting new members. That's pretty exciting! I have also decided to help out with a food allergy support group. That website is coming soon. It will be nice to have a group of people to share food ideas with.
It is now after midnight and if I want to get anything done tomorrow I must be off to bed. Just keep running.
